Glow Yoga by the Pool
Glow Yoga by the Pool Thursday, February 20 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Join us by the pool for an evening yoga session that will leave you glowing! Bring your own mat. We'll supply the glow sticks and a relaxing adult beverage (must be 21) after class. Instructor Paula Levesque - Reservations required by February 18 - Fee $25.

Women's Self Defense Class- Ready and Resilient February 26 | 6-7:30 p.m. The Karate Club Programs led by Sensei Kelly and her safety team are hosting a Safety Awareness Class designed to empower anyone with the knowledge and skills to stay safe in both professional and personal environments. This informative and hands-on class will provide practical strategies for recognizing and responding to potential threats and emergencies, and will be beneficial for all to improve their safety awareness. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office will also be giving a safety presentation. Members: $35
